I was running outside just a few mins ago and feel and hit my head on the sidewalk...If I was to go to sleep with a concussion would I die?

look in the mirror and see if your pupils are dilated. like one big and the other small or if you look into the light and they don't get smaller. Or into the dark and see if they don't get bigger.

With a simple concussion......no. The reason they don't want you to go to sleep immediately after a head injury is in case it's something worse than a concussion. Specifically, a "bleed" somewhere in the brain. Unfortunately, no one can diagnose, or even assess you, over the internet.

Another sign of a concussion is vomiting...you probably need to get it checked out at the ER.

a closed head injury can take up to 24hr to show any symptoms so you should have someone wake you up every 1-2 hrs for the 1st 24 hr. if thats too much trouble, than just die.

You won't die, although if you're experiencing dizziness, tiredness, memory loss, nausea or have a headache you should go to hospital. it probably won't be too bad although with these things you really should get them checked out, you may need medical assistance. everything will probably be fine although you really can't be too careful with these things. â¥gd luckâ¥
