I want to know how to get my hotel records in a hotel Istayed in back in may or april of 1990?

the name of the hotel is the rittenhouse hotel at 18th and walnut in philadelphia.last name is saundersistayed there in may of 1990 I called the hotel and they said their records do not go back that far but I know some one some where has to have this info if you can find for me thanks much

THEY ONLY USUALLY KEEP RECORDS FOR 3 YEARS..THEN DISPOSE OF THEM..
