The biggest ones I've seen commercially available are the 16" Newtonian binoculars from JMI. The biggest conventional binoculars I know of are 40x150's from Fujinon.

depends what you consider are binoculars there are real giants out there . but lets assume we are talking about the largest binoculars on a tripod , below is the Isbester twin self centring telescope binoculars , these are 127mm aperture 1911mm focal length approximately F15 this is capable of magnifying 48 to 510x as close as 30mtrs with both eyes and then go on to the stars ,these telescopes have a unique self centring capability , so as the distance alters so does their angles centralising on the target ,this is able to spot the difference between a house-fly or a horse-fly at 300 yards , or read micro-print like on an eye-ointment tube at 100 yards , can be seen on you tube under Isbester telescope , I think these are the biggest on the market

The biggest one's I've seen that you can buy were made from two 20" telescopes. People have constructed giant binoculars from two 40" telescopes though.
