Mannish Water is a traditional Caribbean dish of sheep heads and/or feet, cooked with lamb stew meat. Actually it's traditionally a goat's head, but modern convenience makes sheep head a lot easier to get.
It is called Mannish because it is usually said to be "for the man"; Mannish water is said to be powerful enough to "make your man as strong as a bull."
