Try by opening it in safe mode by pressing F8 during bootup and then selecting safe mode.
When logging you wil find a Aaaccount named "Administrator" Open it and if it opens correctly then scan your computer for the virus.
If it doesn't open then sorry I CAN"T HELP YOU

first download the spy ware waepon that msn has then run that , after that then re download windowsxp. make sure you have sp2 or sp3 because the bugs are complete out of these. Now if your computer came with window xp, then you need to go into bios and hit default on all things listed in it. then turn off and the turn it back on. Then run your recovery disk and the minute you can get on the net, find sypbot and download that and run it, also get the window one care from mircosoft and run that a few times during the trail period. that should help .

try getting in safe mode by pressing f8 n then disable automatic restart. after doing this start ur computer in normal mode scan with antivirus . if it works then good if not then try to change ram .if it also not works then reinstall the graphic card dirver.these options will definate solve ur probelms

May be ur virus guard is not functional. and ur computer is infected by virus. restarting of computer is mostly of i worm or trojan virus. try restart, enter into safe mode. from START-PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES-SYSTEM TOOLS-SYSTEM RESTORE. open it. find a previous restore point and restore your computer. it will remove any new installations.rewmove any other virus softwares.restart your computer. try www.grisoft.com and download avg free version from the site, upgrade it from the siteand continue with the scaning. hope it will solve ur problem..best of luck
