Depends,, on who you ask, and where you find it. I thought it was ask, and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, If that's the question yes I believe.

Yes, something like it is from the Bible but actually it is "ask and you will recieve" and "seek you will find".
You need to brush up on your Bible.
