Is it true earth worms came over in potted plants that were shipped over in sailing ships and every earth worm is in fact foreign to North America?

Maybe a certain variety of worm. I'm sure there were earthworms in North America before the Europeans arrived.

No. A number of animals came to America from Europe, but earthworms are found virtually everywhere in the world that has soil. Perhaps you are thinking of several species of garden snails, which did in fact come from Europe in potted plants, and have become major garden pests in the United States.

maybe?!? but theres earth worms in africa too! so maybe they just wernt here! dont listen to every tool that thinks they know somthing

i don't think so. i think they migrate on their own so it's impossible to figure out where they were originaly.
