Pot by a LONG shot.... Because of the draconian laws against the harmless weed that have jailed hundreds of thousands of "criminal " pot smokers, and financially ruined of millions of families (and made hundreds of thousands of Judges, and criminal justice workers RICH).

Booze by far.
I smoke pot so what. I inhale so crucify. And they did ! Two years for 31 grams. You could smoke a whole pound in one sitting, and the most that would happen is you would fall a sleep after eating everything in the fridge. All the neg. stuff you hear is always from someone that has never tried it . Bush said he smoked pot,Clinton too. Jesus used it to turn water into wine. George Washington used to grow it. Big industries do not want to see it legalized.Because you can not copy write , or patent it. I say kudos to Colorado, and Nevada. There are other states getting around to doing the right thing. I'll say here and now the crime and booze problems in those states will go down. uh where was I. What was I talking about. Whooo ! cough, cough,WOW .
Oh ya, Weed. The laws against pot cause more harm then herb does. Stand up your rights. Don't end up A POT POW. It is not illegal to be stoned, but it is to have it. It is not illegal to buy booze, but it is to drink it in public. ???????????????

Legalizing pot would be so bad for the government. They wouldn't make any money. Not if you could grow your own.
Here's something I know....
We can all agree that a drunk would fall into a campfire sooner than someone who was high.
This is not to say that smoking "way" too much may not have the same effect.

cannabis (pot) is far less damaging than alcohol.. the government has been lying about it for years... In some schools they still teach that it causes brain damage.. the evidence from their claims came from a research (so called) scientist who used about a dozen monkeys, they put masks on them and gave them so much cannabis smoke that they caused them brain damage... the government picks and chooses the research that they want... Hemp is what they really want to keep illegal, read a little about the decorticator and you'll see what I mean, it was a revolutionary machine that would have harvested hemp and it would have been a major threat (and still is) to the oil, timber and synthetics industries.

Booze by far , pot is the safest of all the recreational drugs . And by lumping pot users with all drug addicts the government will never win the war on drugs .

People who use these substances irresponsibly are damaging to the country.
An inanimate substance doesn't do any harm on it's own.
Sure it has negative health effects, but when used in moderation it's no worse than the pollution we breathe in every day, the preservatives and whatnot in the food we eat, the heavy metals in our water, etc. etc.

booze
God created pot, man created beer, who would you trust?
never heard of a stoner beating his wife, seen plenty of drunk dad beating mom, never seen a guy so stoned he wrecked his car, seen plenty of accidents cause by drunk driving, never seen a violent stoner but plenty of violent drunks
side effects of being high: makes you hungry, horny, sleepy (notice there's nothing bad, these are all normal everyday sensations!)
side effects of being drunk: impaired judgement, impaired motor skills, violent behavior, black-outs, etc (notice they're all bad, these are NOT normal everyday sensations!)
I knew a cop that once said he'd much rather deal with a stoner than with a drunk and that if it was legal he'd toke up, only reason he doesn't is cause cops have to take UA's

Not sure, but I know more people whose lives were wrecked by booze than by pot.

Using it irresponsibly is what's damaging the country - maybe people should ask themselves why the need for it arises?
