depends on the game....
Some games you can get from gametap.com, using the promo code "ncta", but you still have to input your credit card details (you get 1 month free but have to pay after that to continue the service).
Some less-complex/famous movies you can get from addictinggames.com or newgrounds.com.
Retail games you can get at bittorrent sites such as thepiratebay.com, but be aware that these sites and downloading these games from them is illegal.
