Why does J lo not look puerto rican anymore?

I don't know, but back in the fly girl days, J lo looked like a puerto rican. (note, J lo is puerto rican, for those of you who don't know) Now, she just looks more white than anything. I liked it better when she looked puerto rican. Anyone else?

Yeah i agree.
Now she just looks neither here nor there. I think it's a result of way too much makeup, then too much time spent on tanning beds. And hanging in Hollywood so much does dilute her fly-girl genes.

I love her more latin-looking days. Healthier and more sexy.

this happens to almost all ethnic celebrities. look at beyonce, tyra banks etc. they are light skinned blacks but they look more white than anything its like the industry is saying that you have to dilute your heritage to be accepted. Even Nelly Furtado sang about it on her last album, 'Folklore' There is a line in her song where she says,' paint my face in the magazine, make me look whiter than i seem'

Actually, I noticed that. she used to look like those mixed race puerto ricans who have a bit of everything in her. She looks more like a mestizo, someone who is of spanish european and native american ancestry. before she looked spanish, african, and native american combined.

sounds like u are being racist to the fact that she looks white now. skin tone usually changes with age and dieting. so u dont have to worry, shes not turning into ur worst nitemare, a white person

Yeah I love her in her Latin days and yes i do think she's looking a bit "different" these days! Not sure what she's doin but Please stop!
