JustcOne(Justice One) chip in Megaman battle network6?

Question

Can some want tell me where the JustcOne chip is?? it is the No.130 chip. in this link http://db.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/mega_man_bn_6_chip_loc.txt they said it in ACDC HP and there is a blue navi to trade that chip. But i can't find that Navi in ACDC area 2.

it is easy, go to ACDC town and jack into the squirel and go around the HP and you should find a navi standing there.
