Town houses do not have other homes above it. Apartments (like condos) may have other living spaces above and below, but town houses do not.

The defining features of a town house are that it is (1) at least 2 storeys high, and (2) part of a row of at least 3 adjoining town houses, usually 4 or more. Modern town houses are built with 3 storeys, and a garage occupying much of the ground floor.
If it has only one story, or one story and attics, it is a bungalow or cottage. If it has 2 or more storeys, but there are only 2 houses together, they are called "semi-detached houses".
The defining feature of an apartment is that it is on one floor of a building of 3 or more floors, with similar apartments on every floor - but there may be a super double apartment on the top two floors. There is a different term for a property on one floor of a two-storey building.

A town house generally has two (or even sometimes three!) stories, ut is a pretty narrow house. An apartment is usually part of a large building where you rent/purchase an apartment that is usually one storied with no yard. It's like living in a small community.

relies upon on the guy, some sixteen year olds are very mature and to blame and proceed that as they improve older. some sixteen year olds do no longer replace while their birthday comes around. So, there is not any actual answer for this. a greater efficient question may be what's the version in adulthood and duty while going from 17 to 18, or 20 to 21. for many, it is going down via fact they abuse their new skills to drink and or smoke.
