i have been searching high and low for the answer but cannot seem to find who sang it. i witnessed it and loved the guy's voice who did it but missed the announcement of his name. it was a black guy in his late twenty's or thirty's i think. if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it. his voice was awesome and reminded me a little bit like stevie wonder. TIA

As everyone else suggested, hint Adkins. He became ok. What i visit't understand is how they could forget singers with ties to Missouri or perhaps Illinois. Nicco Smith, Cheryl Crowe, Jackie Smith, Gretchen Wilson (she's a huge Cardinals fan), between others. particularly, they are dragging out Billy Ray Cyrus (does he have a clean CD popping out?). I keep in mind even as Rex Hudler performed for St Louis and his spouse sang--she became between the suitable I have ever heard. Who possibilities those human beings?
