I'm not sure who the other no star is since the other no star was not really shown. Something I'm sure of is it's NOT Tsubasa. Tsubasa once caused trouble for the school so he was marked with a "Seal/Mark of Obedience" in the shape of a star on his left cheek. Also, he may be one of the persons who really understand Natsume's rebellion against the academy and his wish of freedom. But he was never a no star...ÜÜ

No It is not Tsubasa,It was not really shown in the show,but it is not tsubasa.He is an A star alice infact

It's not tsubasa. It's her mother/father,if i remember correctly.at least in the current batch i.e mikan's generation, only she got it because she has the nullification alice so the other person who got no star is because of that alice who is her mom/father.but it is not stated directly,some inference is needed.
