try a mr. clean sponge I love using these things I have removed skate marks from my kitchen floor marker the whole nine yards

Try either one of these:
Rub the ink spot with white bar soap, then spray hairspray over that, wait a couple minutes, then wipe with warm wet rag. The soap and hairspray works very well on clothing if you get to it soon enough.
Or you can squeeze some white toothpaste over the ink spot, let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, rub vigorously with an old stiff toothbrush, and wipe clean with a warm rag. I do this method for my wood floors when I see scuff marks on it.

Is is ink pen ink? The best things for removing ink pen ink are hair spray,
WD 40 or glycerin and elbow grease.

You could try Clorox Bleach Pen, scrub n follow it with Magic Eraser.
It worked for me.
