I would never shake Clinton's hand. He did more to hurt the Country that I love than any other President that since Millard Filmore. He also hurt me Financially by what his cutting of the military. I was in for his two years and was using the GI Bill for most of the remainder terms. I saw tuition double while GI benefits were frozen.
