I would visit my doctor right away! You could be suffering from post partum depression, which would make anyone feel less than amazing.
And also, since you just had a baby, you might just need to get back into the swing of things. A baby presents a huge change in anyone's life, and it's hard to "bounce back" because a baby is there for the rest of your life. I would say get your significant other to watch the baby for a few hours while you hit the gym, went for a massage, or even went to see a movie with the girls. But first and foremost, consult with your doctor. Best wishes to you and your new family!!

Definitely talk to your doctor. That coud be the onset of post partum depression. You need to take at least maybe an hour or so a day to jsut be by yourself. Do you have someone that can help you out with the baby?? If so, go to the gym. Go take a bubble bath. Go get a pedicure and manicure or get a massage. Do something nice for youeself once in a while. You can't forget about yourself!! I know taking care of the baby is hard, but just remember to take care of yourself too.

I felt this way too! In my opinion it is pretty normal. But remember you did a beautiful thing, just take a look at that precious baby!! :) It can take up to a year to get the weight off. Lets face it, most of us cant afford personal trainers and private chefs. But if you are determined to get the weight off, you can do it! Good luck!

Talk to your doctor to make sure its not post partum depression.
If you get a green light then just get one hour a day to spend at the gym. You will feel better with exercise in your life. Good luck. Sleep deprivation and being fat just plain sucks.

Go out and get a haircut. put makeup on even if there is no reason to. Buy a cute outfit. When you are up to it and the doc says ok, start exercising. It will really help boost your mood and self esteem.

Exercise and eat well. Take a friend with you that will help you go shopping for clothes that make you look and feel good.
DONT WORRY Its only temporary unless you let it continue to bring you down.
