it's supuse to be famous, it's all in german and has been mocked several times in different TV shows like: scrubs, and frinds (i think) and others.. it says something about balloons and from the mocking i can guess the video contains a lot of red ballons.

99 Luftballoons (99 Red Balloons) was originally released in German (1983) and re-released in English (1984). The English version had mixed success on the charts across the world, perhaps due to the poor conversion/translation. Actually it's 99 Air Balloons
even though the song is called 99 Red Balloons in English, in germany it is called 99 LuftBaloons and is by Nena
the lyrics say 99 LuftBaloons which means 99 Air Balloons
if it was 99 red baloons it would be 99 Rote Luftbaloons
