They sell instructions on ebay and other sites claiming that if you write to companies, they will send you electronics like camcorders, flat screen TV's, ect. as samples for free. Does this really work?

There is an all too similar scheme used by con artists. They will sell "books" by the name of "How to make money" or something similar; instructions will only tell you to do the same- that is, sell the same book.

There is no such thing as a free lunch.

The CE mark is a mandatory marking on certain products, which is required if they are placed on the market in the European Economic Area (EEA), to indicate conformity with the essential health and safety requirements set out in various European Directives. To permit the use of a CE mark on a product, proof that the item meets the relevant requirements must be documented. Sometimes this is achieved using an external test house which evaluates the product and its documentation. Often it is achieved by a company-internal self-certification process.

Rarely is anything really free. I can't imagine that writing to an electronic company would result in being sent freebies.

You buy the instructions, write the companies and if it works, let us know how you did it. NOTHING IS EVER FREE!

Don't ever buy instructions on how to do anything on Ebay, it's always a rip-off.
