just pick something that you love and you will have no trouble filling the time. What do you think about the most. Favorite thing to do.

I am currently taking speech class and I had to do the same thing a couple of weeks back. Their are a multitude of topics you can choose, but it's best you choose something you are familar with, something that you might not be able to know just from the internet. Good luck!

Pick your passion, the one thing you LOVE to do and write about it. I always picked bellydanceing or painting...thats what I love to do. Or pick a cause you are passionate about...like Gay rights, but dont pick abortion...it's too hot for school, or prehaps welfair? something that has effected you. That will be the easist for you to write about. and dont forget to let your passion for the subject show!
