Do you think there will be something like 9/11 again? Why?

Yes there will be, as soon as we leave Iraq. Most people keep asking why we are still over there and that is why. The Bush administration is just keeping them busy in their own back yard so they don't have time to play in ours. Some people refuse to admit it and accept this war, but they started it. More people died on 9/11 than in Pearl Harbor. Maybe we should use the same method to end this war that we used end that one.

Yes, because almost nothing has changed in 5 years to give us more protection from an attack.

Its kind of puzzling why there hasn't been one since 9/11. It certainly helps that their focus is Israel, not the US. If Israel were to fall, the US would probably be attacked daily.

The other part of it is that Americans are so irrational and unpredictable, and leadership is basically nuts, there's no telling what the effects of any terrorist attack would be. They certainly couldn't have foreseen how we'd react to 9/11 the way we did.

Americans don't understand their own denial

I expect the hysterical cries of "The Muslims are coming! The Muslims are coming!" Have you learned nothing about the world? Can you not see the obvious manipulations of the U.S.-U.K. intelligence community in these bogus "terror alerts"?

Gee, whadda ya know, it's time for a midterm election and George Bush has a 30% approval rating --- and here come the Muslim hordes because they "hate our freedoms"!

Grow up. The American government spends over $500 billion a year on defense, over $60 billion a year on intelligence. That's more than the rest of the world combined. That sound you hear is not a billion Muslims strapping bombs to their chests. That sound you hear is the American military-intelligence complex prodding the stupid citizens who pay for it. They've got plans for martial law in America, and you people are prattling on about Islamofascism.

The first 9/11 was an inside job. The next one -- probably in the next two months, just in time for the elections -- will also be made in America. Open your eyes and see the real enemy.

"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace in a continual state of alarm (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing them with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

Yes there will be. Because it's impossible to stop every attack. And they are bent on killing us all. They said it, not me.

As Americans we can do 2 things.

#1. Vote smart. Vote in the party that has protected us for 5 years straight. Despite continuous attempts to launch another attack. We've stopped them all. Both very good and very lucky.

#2. Accept the fact that we will be hit again. Everyone should have their own 'PLAN' , just in case your hometown gets hit.

Thank you and Great Question!!!!!!!!!!!!

of course there will be. perhaps not on the same scale, but sure, another attack is likely ( everyone knows that). if we dont secure the borders, search cargo, and keep wanted lists updated and available to authorites, then we stand a good chance of seeing another tragedy accure. right now we're leaving ourselves wide open. that doesnt mean build a wall around the whole country lol it wouldnt work. but we need to get smart and creative on this

The 1.7 billion people that wake up every day praying for the destruction of Western culture will attack again and again.

Probably just before the 2008 Presidential Election. To show that we must continue to have Republicans in the White House.

Of course there will be, everyone agrees on that. ( at least everyone not the nut cases that beleve the US did 911.

It is just a matter of when and how.

Anytime a nut can strap a bomb and walk into a mall, it is going to happen, And the radical muslims hate the US to the point they will do everything they can to destroy us.

It will eventually happen again. Whether we are in Iraq or not, it's going to happen. People in that area of the world hate America, always have, and always will.
