Cappies tend to feel like its the end of the world when something goes wrong, or if they are not in control of a particular situation /life. I want to make him feel better/calm him down. How do Cappies deal with things?? Alone time??? Help pls!!!

He is not where he wants to be(school, career), so I guess he is dissepointed in himself more than anything else. He feels soo down for this, and I guess I just want some insight on how Cappies deal with stress and their feelings. DO they want to be alone when stressed/sad or want a helping hand , or someone who cares to be by their side.Im freaking confused b/c I want to make it better but have no clue how to.

find something he likes to do that will make him fell he has control of the situation and will make he fell good about himself, but if hes mad like REALLY mad allow him to vent by some "alone" time not really alone but quite and just let him talk away don't let him hurt himself it doesn't help it may worsen it without him relizing it. he is you friend so you kno him better then i but cappies deal with anger horrible and same with sadess reminesinsing ourselfs to death just from thinking back. Keep wat ever was buggin him out of his mind after he vents play chess a video game anything calm and talk to him about jokes make him laugh maybe he needs a hug and kno someones careing and paying attention to him. for a better answer ask this again but more specific on the situation. Oh music that fits his mood now is BAD. unless its a fav song that helps him.

I think Cappies are also written as haveing Hobbies and in reality they don't stick to them long. Usually along the lines of collecting something.

yep, an ego boost. assault him in a playful manner and take him to get fitted for suit...or to try on nice cloths...also get some good tunes and drive around a nice neighborhood and help him to dream big by looking at all the nice houses...that always works with my best friend when she gets down and out about vet school

Face it the reason at the back of that individual feeling down is definitly outdoors you administration ! however the time that persons spends with you...you quite can shop that individual happy :) shop talking approximately all easy hearted matters...make it relaxing...take photographs and all ! notwithstanding happens do no longer deliver in the reason for his melancholy ok ! attempt goin out...u comprehend in simple terms in simple terms for timepass...it may be relaxing..or sit down watchin some quite humorous prepare on television :)

give him a hug...and buy him something or take him shopping...Capricorns are kind of narcissistic, (full of them selves) so feed his ego...
this works well with my daughter and shes a Capricorn...
