I love the show Grey's Anatomy!!! I missed what happend last season when Christina thought that she was pregnant. What happened with that?

Cristina was, in fact, pregnant. She was going to have an abortion, until she collapsed while scrubbing in on one of Burke's surgeries.
Turns out, she had an extra-uteruan pregnancy, which means that the growing embroyo is lodged somewhere other than the uterus. In Cristina's case, it was the fallopian tube. So the tube burst, and she was bleeding freely internally. Addison saved her life (obviously, seeing as how she's still alive) but she couldn't save the fallopian tube, which means Cristina is now unable to ever bear children.
Dr. Burke saw her name on the OR board for surgery, which is how he found out that Cristina was pregnant.

She passed out during a surgery and was examined and found to have a ruptured Filopian tube. That created a miscarriage. She try to bounce back too soon but went into hysterics. Burke calmed her down and met her mother. Later he told the Chief that he was dating Christina and asked her to move in with him. She tried to hang on to her old apartment but eventually moved in completely. Since he has been shot it is her turn to watch over him.

Well, she didn't actually have a abortion... she had a ectopic pregnancy... and had to terminate the pregnancy to save her life.. and yes it was Burke's.
