Gregory House is a diagnostician. Eric Foreman is a neurologist, Allison Cameron is a immunologist, Robert Chase is intensevist. James Wilson is an ocology specialist and Lisa Cuddy is the Dean of Medicine and hospital administrator.

On his team, Dr Foreman is a Neurolgoist, Dr Cameron is an Immunoligst , and Dr Chase specialized in critical care (I'm not sure what kind of doctor that is). House's buddy Dr Wilson is an Oncologist which specializes in the treatment of cancer. House himself is a Nephrologist (kidney doctor) and a diagnostician. I am not sure what Dr Cuddy does other than continually get in House's way.
