It may help and definitely won't hurt as it has many health benefits. I wish I had known about it at 5' 5"..I wouldn't have minded a few more inches of growth.

Most girls grow until 21. When I was 19 I thought that I wouldn't grow anymore but decided to check anywy. What do you know that I had grown 1/2 inch since I had been 18 so don't worry about it. It's normal to think you'll stay shorter than everyone else and even if you do is it really worth thinking about? I wear heels whenever I need an extra boost of confidence.

You can grow until 20. It slows down at about 17 though and you may not grow any taller after 17. But, I wouldn't worry. We all grow the height that God made us to grow and being happy with that is what is important. Is your grandparents shorter than your parents.? a lot of times children take back after the back generation more than parents.

Ok I am certain of this I just read something. Girls normally stop growing between 13-16 but can grow until 19. Boys normally stop growing between 18-21 but can grow until 25.

Women never stop growing. We just continue to grow in the width instead of the height.

oh yeah you can still grow taller! That's part of puberty, which doen't stop until you're like 21! I probably stopped around 17 and my friend's sister was around 5'2'' when she was 13 and by 16 she's now 5'11'!!! Just keep on drinking your milk!
