not a chance. I prefer young jeezy, but he's not the best rapper.
also, now that jay-z is going to start rapping again, lil wayne is not going to claim that. He only claimed that he was the best rapper cuz jay-z retired.

i grew up with lil wayne, and I went to high school with him. he has come a lonbg way from where he started, and i think he will end up being one of the greatest rappers of our time. hes realloy deep, and his style varies, his lyrics are definitely tight.
