Practice doing splits everyday. Warm up before doing them.

streching and doing abs.. when you jump you should be using your stomach muscles to pull up giving you more height and time to allow your legs to go up higher

the only real cheerleading is allstar btw

dont know personaly i cant stand cheerleaders 98% of my school was one they r brainwashed like toatly like u know like what i like mean hehe
