then do what it says - update your video driver. go to device manager, select your graphics adapter and press update driver, then your computer will search for the latest video card card. if that doesn't work, go to your graphics card website and find the latest driver from there. and i'm not sure if this will be any good, but install the latest directx compatible with your graphics card, you'd never know if your directx is corrupted. i don't know if that will fix anything, but it's just a suggestion. i hope i helped :)
