The most stupid Question I have ever heard:
Background: Foster parent had foster kids. Her name is confidential but it rhymes with PNancy PCorley-PWheeler. Her son raped one of the girls (sisters). She threatened the kids if they told, something very bad would happen to them. When the cat finally got out of the bag, she asked if she could continue to foster the foster child that had not been raped. Both children had been abused by her, her son, her husband and had lice, scabies, and impetigo. The house was totally flea ridden, however she has a License to dispense medicine, which she used to give sleeping pills and anti-psychotics to her foster and adopted children.
