Wait, and let nature take its course.
You can shave it with a blade razor, and when it begins to grow back, it will appear to be thicker and more stubbly, but this is b/c hairs appear to be thicker after being shaved down. Kind of like chopping a tree, or mowing grass. It does not mean your facial hair is becoming thicker from shaving. That is an old wives' tale.
Take a look at your dad, and other males in your family, and this will give you a pretty good indication of what to expect. It's all in the genes.

I suppose every boy feels the same, that once you start shaving you are a man but, once you start you will be sorry for the rest of your life.It is a damned nuisance.Delay the inevitable for as long as possible but,if you can't,shaving everyday should do the trick

Shaving more will help them be less peach-fuzzy. Other than that you gotta give it time!

you can shave and it might make a little difference but, I think the thickness comes with age...at least that's what it was for me......stay cool... ;)
