Can you use peroxide in any strength to lighten brows to match new hair color??

My hair is dark brown lightened to med /light brown. My eyebrows seem to be blackish/greyish/ I did use the hair color on a cutip on my brows and they lightned up one shade. Will peroxide help in between dye jobs?

You can not control the amount of peroxide that is place in an area, so you might not get smooth color.
