Try hairspray...then cold water.
Or try putting some powder detergent on the stage, wet a toothbrush and brush the stain out, rinsing it as you go.
If its a white shirt use a little bit of bleach in the detergent mixture.
Dont wring the shirt though, or brush it too much b/c you risk ruining the shirt.

Definitely Hair Spray!! Just sray on ink stain and rub. Repeat this process till dark spot of ink is gone. Then wash in warm water with detergent.

Don't use hairspray...it doesn't work!
Rubbing alcohol will take it right off.
CAREFULLY pour a little over the spot, then blot with with a paper towel. DO NOT allow the alcohol to run....it will cause a bigger stain (the ink will run).
Launder.

OK, this answer is a little different, but it might work. Take several items of clothing to the cleaners, hide the shirt in the pile, later blame it on them. Well, I said it was different!
