I think he might have stopped taken his meds so that people could see how bad he actually is. If he had been on his meds people wouldn't see how bad his disease is and that's the whole point. So I don't think he was exaggerating, he was just giving people a realistic look at his disease and I think he war right to do that.

NO I do not believe he was faking it to get attention because he has had it for awhile and what so sad is a lot of actors are getting
some form of these diseases and some are not very old either.
Plus there is a lot of older actors that are getting things like MS or Parkinson's disease or other crippling disease's. We need to pray for a miracle to find the cure for these problems. I believe in the stem cell research I just wish I had known about it when my 3 children were born. I have (heard)! that the hospital charges about $200.00 to use your new borns cord for this which is sad if
they do.

"A W F God" writes a nice response, but clearly shows by her statement that she DOESN"T UNDERSTAND the situation. Yes, umbilical cord material is used, but that is for ADULT stem research, not for EMBRYONIC stem cell research (which M. J. Fox and the Stowers Institute are pushing as Missouri Proposition 2). ADULT stem cell research is morally acceptable to everyone and has been proven effective. It can be done with cord blood, bone marrow, and now even SKIN and FAT, and these can be harvested from living or deceased donors.

All stem cell research is legal, but EMBRYONIC stem cell research has produced almost no positive results and and is not expected to do so in the next 15 years. It has caused the death of at least 25 donors and has caused tumors in recipients. The Stowers Institute, a "FOR-PROFIT" research firm, has provided 97% of the funds for the campaign for Missouri "Proposition 2" for Somatic Nuclear Transfer (Embryonic) stem cell research, which requires CLONING and DESTROYING human embryos. Who do you think will reap the monetary rewards of Prop 2, if it passes? Missourians should vote NO on 2. Others should beware of similar propositions.

you are able to decide for to overlook with reference to the starting to be conservative help for stem cellular learn even nevertheless it won't bypass away. in fact that stem cellular learn is amazingly close to no longer having to count on embryos besides. i assume which ability you are able to bypass returned to throwing them away. you will enable placentas for use interior the cosmetics industry (placentas which incorporate loads of - - - STEM CELLS! yet you opt for this as an argument? Your credibility suffers i'm afraid. by way of the way, what sturdy might it do to donate money to embryonic stem cellular learn while that's limited to the lines that have been recent until now the ban went into effect. that ought to be like taking your watch to an vehicle restore keep to get it fastened you're tremendously beneficial they don't have the techniques and you be responsive to they don't have the journey, yet the two places restore issues? by way of the way, that's now ordinary prepare to freeze stem cells taken out of the umbilical twine while slightly one is born, in case they choose them if the new child gets specific styles of maximum cancers. when you consider which you seem working out of steam in this undertaking (stem cells can now be created without embryos) i assume you should point your perfect wing conservative weapons in this one next!

.....but is it true that a Parkinson patient shakes uncontrollably??
Are we to ask him, can you stand the shakes a bit longer?

It does not matter what the add had in it. Parkinson's as well as many other terrible diseases can be fought by research into the steam cell Michael J Fox was pleading for help....
When a burn victim is crying for a pain killer are we asking, is he truly that hurt or is exaggerating?
