It is on ABC on Thursday nights, depending on where you are located it can be on at 7:00,8:00 or 9:00 pm They usually show an oncore later in the week, but since I've seen it, I don't pay attention to when.
It is about a small group of interns (soon to be full fledged doctors) and their experiences in the hospital setting as well as their home life and love lives. The main character is Merideth Grey (hince Grey's Anatomy).
Below is a link to the official site. I watch it every week but my husband just rolls his eyes and leaves the room.

It's on FOX.
The basic plot is a bunch of interns dealing with their job at the hospital while they learn how to become "real" doctors. However, this plot is complicated by the various romantic relationships going on. People get together, break up, move on to new people... (And then there's the rather strange relationship between the neurosurgeon Dr. Shepherd, aka "McDreamy", and Meredith Grey, the main character who's an intern.) And amid both relationship and family crisis are disasters that leave people in the most unusual of injuries, from a pole stabbing two people at once in a train wreck shish-kabob style to somebody being shot with a WWII anti-tank bazooka. You learn things from this show. Like if the doctors say "We have a Code Black", that means get the heck out of there because there's a bomb in the hospital (and yes, that actually did happen in one of the episodes).
All in all, one of the most addictive shows I've ever watched. In my opinion it ranks right up there with House and CSI. You can't stop watching, mainly because many of the episode "leave you hanging." But you should watch it at least once.

It's on ABC, it's kinda like ER, except all the docs on this show are surgeons, whereas there are docs from all different departments in ER. It's a really good show, but if you're just now finding out about it, you may want to rent seasons 1 and 2. There are a lot of love triangles and other issues going on right now that would only confuse you if you just dive right into season 3. It comes on Thursday nights at 9 pm Eastern time, right after Ugly Betty, another good show.

I believe it's on NBC. It's about this hospitial and the people who work there. Unlike ER type shows it's focused more on the people who work there's social lives. The main characters are interns who work there, and have affairs with eachother and other doctors, exc. Right now one of the heart surgeons has a hand problem, his girlfriend (an intern ) is helping to cover it up). And then some other junk is happening too. It's an awesome show you should at least check it out. Don't worry about understanding it you'll just get hooked really quickly.

I think it's on ABC. It's about interns in their first year after med school. You gotta watch the first two seasons though.
