Before you try to capture sylvie make sure you have a camera from the Home Electronics Superstore (or from a Yard Sale). Do not put the camera in your house - leave it in your queue.

As for spotting Sylvie, the only things I can tell you are these:
1. She is out for 1 hour between 7am and 12pm EST every day.
2. She's out again 5 hours after the initial appearance (between 12pm and 5pm).
3. She's also out for 1 hour every evening but that seems to be random - there doesn't seem to be a time pattern for that.
4. When she's out she's always out for an entire hour and it always starts on the 00. So she's not out from 8:11 EST to 9:11 EST, it's always 8:00 EST to 9:00 EST (for example)
