The U.S. does not have a clinical M.S. Pharmacy degree. If you want to become a practicing pharmacist, you need a PharmD. The fees vary by university. I pay about $8,000 per semester in tuition and fees for 8 full time semesters and half said amount for one part time semester. Scholarships do exist, but they are very selective and few in number. You can get indentured loans from Walgreens, CVS, etc. You can work part time as a Pharmacy intern and make a decent pay rate, depending on year between $14 and $19 per hour.
Most U.S. pharmacy colleges prefer you to be a U.S. permanent resident or citizen.
