What would you do or say if they started calling you degrading names and then hired a lawyer to file a harassment or whatever lawsuit they wanted to against you?

Why would you even tolerate that? And if they are mental how would they know to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit for harassment? That doesn't make sense to me.

They wouldn't have a reason to file suit. I would have left a long time ago. That's usually the best thing to do.

Call the psychiatric evaluation team to snatch them up and put them on a 72 hour hold.

I would get a psych. evaluation ( they are pretty easy to pass AND FAIL !! ) basically , you want to fail it !! If you can get a doc to say you are more fÂucked up than she is ....then you can legally flip out on her and get away with it ;)
