the body shop makes a wonderful product that I reeeaaaallly love. It's minimal, so it is only going to add some uumph to your personal glow. It's a lip and cheek stain that give you a pretty pinched pink rose color that's natural. You're not going to see the powdered blush on your cheeks and all you need is your finger to apply it.
A little mascara, maybe a light to medium brown eyeshadow above your crease blended well.. they even say vaseline does well on your eyelid..
Try bare escuentials or bare minerals (same product) avaliable at sephora.com for a natural, soft touch with coverage if needed. They make a great product called warmpth that creates a wonderful sun-kissed tan that you won't have to go under the bulbs to get.
Enjoy college, hun.

It's ok to wear eyeshadows and lipsticks during the day. But daytime make-up is lighter, usually less noticable then night make-up.
At night is when you want to break out the smokey eyes, the super dark eyeliner and the red lips.
During the day, stick to lighter softer colors like pinks or a subtle orange. It's become acceptable to wear a darker liner, as long as you dont go crazy. A little lip gloss or lip tint is fine too.

Most college girls use very natural makeup like light coverage foundation(tinted moisturizer), mascara, hint of blush, nude lipglosses, brown, off black eyeliner. Remember that ultimately it is up to you to find a style that works for you. I like to accentuate my eyes so I downplay cheeks and lips by using eyeliner(sometimes) and double coat of mascara. I like rose colored lipglosses too.

I would have a tinted moisturizer, a spot-concealer, a neutral eye color, a reliable mascara (doesn't smudge or flake), a bronzer (apply with a brush), a nude or neutral lip liner, and a pretty lip gloss. In a pinch, moisturizer, mascara, lip gloss will do.

The natural look; not over doing it--the basics: blush, mascara, maybe eye liner, and lip gloss.
