Lets say a lady said she has missed her period for 3 months and she operated could she be pergnet?

yes it is probably a tubal pregnancy or depending on her age could be menopause.
if it tubal pregnancy she will not be able to carry it...they usually miscarry but she may need to see a doctor right away

Yes. At least, I have heard of women having their tubes tied becoming pregnant. I suppose, though, if her ovaries were completely removed she wouldn't.

yes! I have heard that there are still few % chances to get pragnant again unless and untill her utereus is not removed.

Yes! It could be a tubel pregnancy, in which case she must see her doctor immediately. It could endanger her. :-(
