It might be a bad/loose wiring harness -- but I'm not sure if that's something you can fix on your own.

then it has probably burned a fuse-able link in to on it,i have seen it happen before it will need to be checked out by a good mechanic so he can find it,because there are many fuse-able links on that car i own a repair shop,and do this all the time it may take a while to find it,good luck i hope this help,s.

Car fuses are funny. Sometimes they test fine but under the load they are meant for they open up to an open circuit. When you test them with no load they look fine.

Spend the money and replace all your fuses.

fuses melt. relays open. i would go with dodge mans' answer.
