Try doing Kegels exercises. Imagine that you're going pee and want to stop the flow- tighten those muscles. Hold it for ten seconds, release and repeat. Do it as often as possible. Rapidly contract and release the muscles every now and then too. I read about these exercises when I was about eleven years old, and I've been doing them daily ever since. Every guy I've ever had sex with has noticed the difference.

The man your with will tell you. He will moan something like "you are so tight". Not to sound like a slut but its been told to me by a few people. Also if its a little hard to slide a penis in its tight. (being that its lubed properly.)

The vagina is more elastic than muscular...The muscles you need to be concerned with are not in the vagina but at the opening. There is an exercise for this muscle...It is a sphincter type muscle. Many of these gals can tell you what it is and how to do it.

I've been told one size fits all, and you should not worry about things like that. If guy says different it is usually because he is just trying to make you feel bad like when chicks say that a guy has a pencil dick.

Have you ever been sexually active before? Has it been a long time since yo uhave if you have? If this applies to you chances are you are tight unless you stick things up there.
