ok so im going trick-or-treating with my friend, her boyfriend, one other guy, and me. i really think the other guy, is hot! and i wanted to know some tips on flirting, and what i should be for halloween to get him to notice me, keep in mind, im only 13, not 21! so, like, what should i be and how do i get him to like me and ask me out?

I dont know what to say but I've got problems asking this cute guy out and i am kinda the same age as you so i know how you feel. But from my point of view is to see wat kinda guy he is and if he likes girls alot then maybe you will get a better chance but not then try to be urself and juz try to be casual and like suddenly taps on his sholders and then give him playful shoves. Try not to make lame jokes and make sure the jokes you make are cool and he is interested in. Like just pretend like talking to him is casual and just be urself sometimes. I dont think that you could make him ask you out but if he is in the same class then maybe you could ask him on a study date. K? Hope i am not too late!

Flirting and a low cut shirt that shows your cleavage if you have any. That always gets their attention. Only for a little amount of time.
Pretend its cold and walk really close to him and say, your warm and I'm freezing out here. Then just make sure you walk really close to him. So you can like grab his arm and snuggle with him.

At only 13 I would be careful about the flirting. As for getting him to notice you, just be yourself that way you'll be sure that if he does like you it's for who you are not who he perceives you to be. If for some reason he doesn't "notice" you don't sweat it, he's probably not worth your time.

well, here is what i think you should do...
1 - you should ask ur parents if ur allowed to date or not
2 - get your girlfreind to ask him on a double date, like all 4 of u go for ice cream or the movies or something
3 - try to be nice and sweet but don't fake urself, be who u r. and if he still isn't intreasted don't trouble ur self, there are plenty of fish just for u out there, u'll catch some one day

you shouldnt be one of those girls that hang all over him just let him know your there and he'll come runnin to ya when he notices what a great person you are. the important thing overall is to just show him you know how to have a fun time but on the safe side =)
