ASDA - their clothes are much better for a start! plus tesco is just laid out all wrong (and it seems to be all their stores, not just the one!) i mean yogurts are over 3 short isles round different corners and on the ends!! - in asda they are all on one isle so i can see what to pick while i browse up the one isle and don't end up having to keep going back to isle's i've just been down!!

plus tesco seem to be taking over the bloody world! - they are getting way too big and someone needs to stop them before they're calling all the shots!

PS. tesco's fruit n veg is always grubby looking, old and soft! Asda's fruit n veg is always fresh and crunchy!!

When I lived in the UK, I prefered Tescos. Asda always seems like they had a lot of crappy items and stuff was never in order. I am now in the US but my mother still shops at Tescos in Colchester!!

I live near Europes largest supermarket apparently, which is a Tescos and I hate it. I travel and extra 3 miles to use Asda. Much better quality and value.

It was Tesco until I read today that they had on sale a pole dancing kit, including pole, garter and instructions, in the toy department. It's been removed from sale - they said it might go back on in the sport/keep fit department - but they've gone down 100% in my estimation. What sort of morals do their buyers have? None I should think, and as a one-woman protest I won't be going there again. Asda is closer anyway!

Out of the two, I would say Tesco. Asda are not really as good value for money, if you look, their packages are a slightly smaller weight than other supermarkets, so they appear cheaper.

Tesco, they're the best, the prices are better, the staff are better, even the way they treat the staff is better. Tesco is another British success story we should all be proud of, people vote with their feet.
