ummm.ive had a few...5x500's sprint, 50x25's ALL butterfly, 10x 100's fr. sprint under 1:15, 5x400's IM....those would probably be the hardest

10 x 50 butterfly kick SPIRT, then 20 x 50's SPIRTS IM order, then 5 x 500 freestlye then a 200 warm down
note: the first there things where repeated 6 times

the set was as many 100s as you can physically do, with each 100 getting 1 second faster or 125s until you cant do any more or dont make interval, each getting 5 seconds faster when you cant do that. Then, 100s, as many as you can do each or until you cant make interval, each getting 4 seconds faster, then 75s until you cant do them or make interval, each 3 seconds faster, and so on to 25s. Then it was 12 25s all underwater kick
