Where is the enjoyment of graphic torture and violence? Why do you watch this awful crap? What is the urge to watch someone get mutilated? I don't understand WHY anyone would watch crap like this.

besides, it's ALL FAKE people......fake fake fake fake. It's a FANTASY to torture people?? A curiosity???? To mutilate? I just don't get it.

Have you thought about WHY you LIKE watching torture? Why you are CURIOUS? I'm curious about the effect of X-rays....but I'm NOT goint to watch someone (fake or not) get burned to death by radiation.

I TOTALLY agree with you, 100%! Like that movie, "Hostel", just watching the previews made me sick. The next time I knew the preview was coming, I seriously (even ask M) walked out of the theater. If the commercial came on TV, I would turn the channel. I have never seen any one of the "Saw" movies, and never plan to. Oh, and here is some good news for those sick jackasses out there: I heard there will be a "Hostel 2" coming out soon too. Blech.
I must admit though, M will watch movies like that...but I won't go with him!
I also personally feel it must appeal more to the male 18-35 age crowd than any other group. I know my mom wouldn't go see it!! But she brought me up right, too.

Theres not much mutilation in Saw. It just a new breed of movie.

I do not have any clue, since I am one of those people who flatly refuse to watch that kind of movie. It is so crap that no one should be watching, stupid violent crap.

For the same people that people watched "The Passion". Even though it's gruesome to watch people get tortued, there's a weird fascination with it.

it sad and disturbing but subconsciously people like that stuff everyone really is a sick twisted freak.
the saw movies also in interesting due to the many plot twist that only make sense at the end (at least that's y i like it)

I don't even like seeing the previews. That type of film doesn't appeal to me at all.
