If you are pregnant, you should not be taking birth control pills. During early pregnancy the pill is not dangerous and will not cause birth defects but, later on in pregnancy it's not good for you or your baby.
If you really mean, is it okay to take birth control pills if you've never been pregnant before, then yes of course it is! Birth control pills are temporary contraception. After stopping the pill you can get pregnant given that you were ever fertile in the first place.

If you are pregnant you should not take birth control pills. Why would you even want to? Perhaps I don't understand your question.

Don't take them when you are pregnant or you will do some serious harm. Try taking them before it gets to that stage!

If you are pregnant then you don't need them. If you aren't pregnant then you need to take them if you don't want to become pregnant. It doesn't matter if you have never had a child.
