Tell her that she can take it from me that in the future, she's bound to end up with>>>
Diabetes (too much sugar can cause highblood pressure).
Pancreaitis... you can't digest food well & it's very painful.
An ulcer (the stomach can't hold up to all that junk food without the stomach becoming a big sore, sooner or later.
High blood pressure (too many salty chips can lead to it... & it's like running a marathon... your heart constantly beats fast).
Acid reflux (acid eats away at the lining of the stomach, etc).
And... if she thinks it won't be all that bad, she can ask a doctor about it, to find out for herself.
Caffeine (in chocolate & sodas) can cause the muscle tissue in the breasts to be too tough to detect a lump.
She'll pay for all that junk food sooner or later... her health will get worse as time goes by... it'll catch up to her one of these days.

It's great of you to be concerned about your friend's eating habits, but at the end of the day,you cannot change her!
If she wants to eat these types of foods, it's her choice.
Are you concerned if she is overweight?
You could make some extra, tasty, healthy lunches for her and say, "Hey, would you like to try this great sandwich or slice my mum made?" Don't mention that it is low fat, or low sugar.
Chances are she will eat it and enjoy it and maybe she will ask you for the recipe.

You have good intentions. I can see why you would want her to lead a healthier life style. That is very noble of you.
But if she has breaken promises to herself, and she doesn't really care about it, don't you think you could just respect her choices and just concentrate on your own? It seems like she doesn't really want to change. After all, no one can force someone else to change.
If she asks for help later, than that's a different story.

example
*watermelon or grapes
*gatorade or botteled water
*some kind of candy or chips ( so he/she will want you make another meal for he/her again)

Shes lived this long without you telling her what to eat. Unless she has specific health issues that you are concerned about, I think you should mind your business.

mind your business because no one wants to hear stuff like that. The more you try to change her eating habits the more she will eat junk.

Bring her an alternative. Offer it to her each day until she decides to bring it herself.
