is Cape Fear River in North Carolina the only river in North Carolina to run in to the Atlantic or is It the only river in North America to run into the Atlantic

But it not the only river in North Carolina that flows into the Atlantic Ocean, and it most certainly isn't the only river in North America that flows into the Atlantic.
