My husband honestly believes maybe the French Revolution.killed off their gene pool for intelligence. Wouldn't that explain a lot of things?

We did the same thing in the 1960's. When people are not allowed the same job opportunities, eventually they get fed up and riot.

its not france its the people there and its only a very very very very very very very very very very small percentage of them
