LOL yes yes and YES!!! well, more so the spelling and grammatical errors more than the abbreviations. It drives me nuts when people think they are smart and everything, but they have a typo every other word- what they need to realize is that if they can't spell or use proper grammar, they kinda look stupid, even if their point gets across in the words that we can read even with typos.

Absolutely. I hate it when people butcher words and can't spell. I think it's especially ridiculous when there are tons of typos on here because there is a spell checker right above the comment box. Use spell check for crying out loud!!! I also can't stand it when people don't capitalize their sentences. Yes, I'm a little anal!!

Well, let's see. You did not capitalize your sentence. You put a question mark after the word darn, followed by a comma and then ended the sentence with another question mark. Yep, I'm kind of sick of it, lol. (Just kidding. Just wanted you to see how silly it sounded to the rest of us.)

ABBREVIATIONS!!!!
Some people's English is as a second language. I give them a credit for trying. Unless they were born in English spoken Country, then it does annoy me.

Yes, it's annoying!! I mean for cryin' (ok ok so I usually put an apostrophe at the "n" for a "g", but I'm from the south that's how we say stuff.) out loud! There's a freakin' spell check!!!!

My husband is the worst speller in the world and I looked up tutors to help him. But I didn't want to embarrass him either so I didn't go through with it. Now I just throw the pocket dictionary at him.
